Shipping Charges:

• Our shipping rates are based on weight.
• If your order is over 30 lbs. you will be contacted with the exact shipping cost.
• All overseas shipments or shipments outside the continental U.S. (Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) will be based on the actual cost. We will notify you upon receipt of your order what the exact cost will be.

Returns:

• Prior to returning an item, please call for an authorization number.
• All returns must be recieved in the original packaging.
• All returns will incur a 25% re-stocking fee.
• Return shipping charges will be your responsibility.
